Drinking ice cold water burns a few extra calories more than drinking water at room temp because your body has to heat the ice cold water up before it can absorb the water. From what I have seen it is about 10-25 calories per 10 ounces of ice cold water (33-40 degrees) but that really isn't going to make a significant dent in how long it takes you to get clean. I guess in this case it will help a little but don't expect a miracle from ice cold water either.
