I just got an email from a company I just ordered seeds from based in the UK saying that the mail workers have gone on strike their for a few days and that will delay things a bit. No big deal but I hadn't heard of about this so found it interesting. :

*We regret to advise that unfortunately Royal Mail (the UKā??s mail provider) was on strike for the period 04 October to 09 October (see http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/c...diaId=51600692 for more information). Please note this is affecting all mail internally and in and out of the UK as they deal with the backlog and there may therefore be some delays in receiving your order. We are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. We do apologise for this inconvenience but obviously this is something which is out of our control and appreciate your patience during this time.
