Vaporwarez vaporcannon g3 vs. silver surfer ssv

From what i have seen and heard the vapor cannon and the silver surfer ssv seem to be the top of the line for whip style vaporizers. both designs look cool and operate similarly with a ceramic heating element. so my question is why is the silver surfer ssv almost $100 more than the vaporcannon if it is essentially the same thing in a different case? maybe there is something i am missing. if any one has used both or knows more specs on how they operate i would love to hear what you have to say, it would really help me in choosing a vap.

ps. what is this i hear about having to tip the vaporcannon forwards when you use it?
