To achieve a high yield from SCROG you should use hydro, also it takes longer because you have to grow the mother plant. Its not necessarily more yielding though. SCROG creates bigger, fatter, and heavier buds.. Still none the less delicious .

Basically, I wanna grow enough at one time to last me for a year or close to it. What would you reccomend. What systems and lighting, all that.
