    HELP i have a white foam buildup on top of the water in my DWC Res..???

    okay i guess thats my last choice...its an under sink RO...and i really dont know how to install it....i will have to get gallons of RO water out of a tiny little spout..that is what im also worried about

    installing RO unit should be easy just read instructions or if you do not have them, go read up online on how to install your RO unit,if your worried about how much water you need and how long it will take to filter you may get away with using 50% RO and 50% tap water, you could also buy a pressure pump for the RO unit to boost water pressure up to 8 bar so you can filter more water faster with less waste water too :jointsmile:

    Dont use the lil b/s res. and spigot .
    I run the line that would feed the res. right into a 44 gal. garbage can . You just have to open and close the feed / saddle valve whenever you need r/o water to stop / start filling the can .

    ok cool..ya i can have the water that goes to tank go to a garbage can....but what about the water that goes up to the spout thing...Do i just not hook it up or put that line in can also??

    Mine only has 2 lines w/o the use of the res./ spigot .
    1 that goes to waste/ down drain , and 1 that goes into the garb. can . Later today I'll pop you a pic. n post it here for you of how I have mine plumbed .

    make sure that the waste water is going back to the water company cos if its like mine i save on how much water they get back if you no what i mean :thumbsup:

    yea i have one to connect to drain valve....one to tank and one for the spigot....so just dont connect the spigot one??

    on my RO unit i only have 3 pipes one white for inlet one blue for colletion and one red for waste :thumbsup:
