I go to school in ohio and recently got busted with possession and paraphernalia. it happened in the dorm, and i was wondering if anyone here had any advice/experience with this. I think with any drug charges you loose your lisence for 6 months - 5 years. the police were actually pretty cool to me, and said something about a diversion program where all i would get is a disorderly conduct charge. does anyone know the penalty if i can do that? what are my chances of being offered that program Rating: 5

Man! What school is this?

At UMass, the police came to my dorm a couple of times (due to the smell of smoke) and confiscated stuff, but never wrote me up or arrested me. Better things to do than bust students smoking weed.
