Cloning during or at the end of Flowering
I have never cloned from a flowering female but keep this in mind. The longer you can keep your cutting healthy by keeping it moist so it doesnt dry out but not saturated, the better your chances. It will take probably twice as long as a fresh vegetative cutting because the cutting must change to vegetative mode once again. It would be better to leave a light on the plant 24 hours aday to change the entire plant over to vegetative mode. Once the plant starts growing new branches in 10 - 15 days, take cuttings. The bud which is growing will still mature on a vegetative plant the same.
