There is about 1/2"-3/4" of water that doesn't drain out of my bins and two of my seven plants have roots that have grown to the point that they are long enough to just sit in it all day. The roots look slimy and brown but they don't stink and if I wipe them, the brown sludge comes off and the roots are still white. I use organic nutrients so that could account for some of the Rating: 5
