also another addition to the collection.

I am adding 6 more lights to 2 the next 2 shelves down. these are ballasts for 1 - 3 light setup and are T8s. have got emm for free from work. Boss wants to help as well huge pot fan and a good friend of mine. The only thing he wants in return is a sample. Doing this for cloning. Wanna have an area set up for when I start this.

my wife is getting into this and wants to try it outside as well so and outside op and an indoor op.

next will come ventilation for the other shelves. and thats about it for now.

oh yeah and by the way that the box looks to you guys how tall should I grow these babies before I start to flower. Any suggestions? Week 3 as of now or around there don't really remember when I started these guys. these should be bigger though I know that I had to deal with some stretch at first. i have about 4 sq feet oif space to work with at the moment and an using 5qt pots.

well that all depends how much room you have vertically. and the strain of the plant. typically the plant will double or triple in height when flowering is induced. but like i said that can vary a little due to genetics and such.

don't know the strain because of the fact that I am using bagseed and waiting on some NL. which then I will drop a shelve and grow it a little taller.

Anyways I have around 20" of grow room the plants are already taking up 4-5 inches of that space right now. So with tthat being said how high should these be before I start the process of flowering. You said that they double or triple there growth during flowering. So should I wait 1 more week and then flower because this would put me at week 4.

you can lst them and then veg longer if thats what your looking to do. it will increase the amount of time you can veg em for which will inturn increase your final yeild but if lsting is not an option for you then id say flower them when they hit 8 or 9 inches tall and you should be fine.

What I did was had a 8" extraction point and 4 - 4" intakes. 2 on each side of the box. and one with a blower that is 5 inches.

Wait. How does it make sense that the area of exhaust be smaller than the area of a passive intake? If you want a consistently one directional intake, doesn't it make sense to have more exhaust than intake? As your passive intake holes get bigger the strength of intake decreases, right?? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here!

(Also remember: an increase in a circle's diameter increases the circle's area exponentially. So, a 8" hole is not double the size of a 4" hole, but closer to quadruple the size.)

How do these guys look now. There growing bigger then before. At least I hope that is what they did....lol

Mylar and other goodies will arrive tomorrow sometime so after work I will finish the hood. Can't wait.

It can hold 6 outlets for a total of 12 lights. But more then likely will house only 8 - 10.
