i think its a great idea you got my vote

DIY Engineered Contraption Section Could we have a separate section withing the grow section dedicated to DIY machines, devices, contraptions, inventions, etc? I am thinking of stuff like Children of Bodom's DIY carbon scrubber and Rubbermaid grow box. I spent two days trying to find the best step by steps for an aero/cloner, and with the obvious shortcomings of the search feature, it did not really pan out. I am sure there are a ton of folks out there building their own hashmaking robots, and we just do not know about them!!!! Rating: 5

Its a great idea. Who doesn't like to do it themselves at some point and time during their grow. Good stuff.

Yo, I've been kinda hoping to be able to contribute as much as possible to a wonderfully named 'McGuyver Grow'! I've had the idea, that with as genuine and good people here, we could offer each other support and advice on 'eco-friendly' and DIY stuff. If I knew there were a couple growers who would play along, I would love to participate in a homemade eco-friedly type grow 'watch'...not contest. Is there anyone else here that would join me? I think it could also be a great way to show the ingenuity and activism that we have to offer, and that we at Canncom can say we're doing something to IMPROVE our environment. I myself know that I'll be using up an AWEFUL lot of electricity this coming year, not to mention overhead expenses...What do ya say boss? If I'm willin' to risk yield, will ya let us learn how to be efficient in our cultivation?...(in a specific room of course)

Definitely! That was a true American Hero.

I was thinking the same thing regarding the eco-friendly aspect. There is so much extra crap that indoor growers have to waste that would not be necessary if they were allowed to grow outdoors...Rubbermaid shit, disposable carbon filters, shoe goo, spray paint, fans, pumps...it all sucks...but if anybody can add to the slow climb of healthy alternatives, it is you gorilla growers out there. Sheesh, you already know how to build an outdoor environment indoors, so anything is possible.

i would have to vote for calling it the MACGYVER section.
I want to share something with you: The three little sentences that will get you through life. Number 1: Cover for me. Number 2: Oh, good idea, Boss! Number 3: It was like that when I got here.
I\'m not a bad guy! I work hard, and I love my kids. So why should I spend half my Sunday hearing about how I\'m going to Hell?
But Marge, what if we chose the wrong religion? Each week we just make God madder and madder
