The first dimension is the X-Axis
The Second dimension is the Y-Axis
The Third dimension is the Z-Axis.

The Fourth dimension is TIME.

There are no fifth or sixth dimensions.

Referring to a spiritual realm or alternate universe is NOT another dimension. It's only the THEORY of parrallel universes; the theory that there is more than one X- Y- and Z-axis'.
