Have you ever even met a gay guy? Why do religious conservatives think that gays try to convert people?

I don't really care what anybody else does with their genitals, and if you're committed to a marriage, you really shouldn't either! My penis, the wife's vag., that's as far as I'm concerned about sex. If a guy wants some butt sex in california I don't care because it doesn't affect me. At all. Zero. I still curl up in a committed relationship every night.

Oh and as far as no "MOM AND DAD", I never heard it growing up in school. I always heard "PARENT AND/OR GUARDIAN", and most everybody else did too. Is guardian offensive because it implies something other than devout christian parents?

And if you think freedom of speech ever existed in Americker's public schools, you're dead wrong. I remember several instances where I was threatened with a slap in the face for using a word, a common word, in a colloquialism. As an atheist, I find it pretty offensive that I would be physically punished for saying the three words "Oh my god." I don't mean it as "Oh, my dear GOD" but rather as a phrase you yell out like when you stub your toe or something. But I was in for a beatin' if I ever took the good lord's name in front of all those young innocent, good-ole jesus-worshippin American citizens.

I'm sorry, but Christians do not own morality.

Whereas 10 years ago I heard
"The United States were founded upon the principles of religious freedom"
now all I seem to hear is
"Americker was founded on good-ole Judeo-Christian values and that's what our country is."
