rnichilo Reviewed by rnichilo on . 1st grow, all flos, small space, a lot of learning... Hello All... New member to the site, though I have been reading on here for a while now... Im about to start my first grow, and figured I would start a grow log to share my experience, obtain some help if needed etc etc... Well I have my grow spaced all picked out.. Its a cabinet that I am now longer using... it is 5'H x 28"W x 15"L which should give me total sqft of 2.91... I have a idea of what lights im going to use and how to make them... I plan on using 18 26w 6500k compact Rating: 5

1st grow, all flos, small space, a lot of learning...
I really like this grow a lot.
Nice set up!
Do you have good drainage holes in the bottom?
Why did you remove that bottom shelf that the buckets were sitting on?.... that was a perfect idea to keep those temps down.
Looks like plants 1,2and 4
Are super healthy but the 3rd one might be struggling.... which one do you think is male???
Also I was going t reccomend that you switch to 18/6 and chop the male.
Nice gro bro

I already chopped up the male so I just have 3 females now..
out of the 3 females 1 is def smaller than the others probably by about 2-3" I think its just cause that way I had transplanted a little later then the others.... anyway Ill post some more pics in a few days... I probably wont start flowering for at least another month or 2... mainly cause I wanna get a new light(hps) first and play around with making some clones(which will be new to me)

Yay can't wait to see some updates.
I like this grow a lot like I said...
I'm probably gunna shot for the same type of one.
I saw some 65w hps bulbs.... could I use these in normal sockets and make my own refectors.. I'm not sure the lumen output but I'm sure that I could get awya with 4-7 bulbs and do a full grow.....

hps lights use mogul sockets so you cant use a normal socket...

Guess I waited to long to edit my post.. anyway heres what I was going to post....
I have noticed on some of the tips of my leafs there are little yellow spots, its pretty random and not in any particular order that I can see..
Pic 1: You can see of the tips yellowing.
Pic 2: This one is the worst, none of the other leafs are nearly this bad..
Pic 3: An attempted close up of a leaf tip..
Pic 4: Just an overall shot...

The tips are pretty normal. Probably not a big issue. If they get worse an if there not a branch and just a single Finger you can just cut them. We know they need there fan leaves but not always. gives inner growth more light also. Good luck with the new light, im sure you will find a way to keep those temps normal.
Your Plants look good and lush.
What kinda Nutrients did you pick up?
