what exactly is popcorn?

where im from, popcorn refers to getting a bag of smaller, lighter, fluffier nugs. Usually its mid grade, as the nugs come from the bottom part of the plant where they are more sparse/leafy. it esentailyl looks kidna liek green popcorn, hence the name, and usually the popcorn i get tends to be sativa (hence the looser/fluffier bud structure)

Up in indiana east of chicago we would get popcorn nugs, they were just little gumball sized nugs, most likely from the side branches. They were real sweet as there is very little stem, never any seeds. They were grown in Oregon.

here are just three (of many) types of bud in Texas.

first picture is some dirt, pressed shwag. note: only poor people and high school kids buy this shit. lol, i was poor when i took the picture.

second picture is some popcorn bullshit. not as much as chronic/bomb, but it's pretty and each nug is a heaping bowl. as far as i'm concerned, it's clipped for bong users and larger pipe bowls.

last picture is of some heavy duty. JUST LOOK AT THOSE MOTHERFUCKING TRICHOMES! not the best bud i've had, but some dank ass shit. grown locally in Austin, and i get it all the fucking time. so worth the money.
