Every time I've ever taken a drug test the form has always asked what medications I'm taking, in the distant past I had also even been asked to bring the medication in with me for the test, however the place I get randomly tested at for my work never asks to physically see the medication, but it does have a spot to list what medications I am using and what condition I take them for.

Do you know if it is often that they would check for other compounds that would come from Marijuana and not Marinol, such as CBD and CBN levels? By the way, this is for DOT drug testing in case that would make a difference.
Nailhead Reviewed by Nailhead on . Has anybody passed a drug test because they have a Marinol prescription? I have been wondering for some time if this would work, could you get a pre-scription for Marinol, and then show that prescription when taking a drug test so you couldn't fail the test for marijuana? In theory it sounds like it might work, unless of course the toxicologist scans for other compounds found in marijuana that are not present in Marinol, but is this common? Is it hard to get a prescription for Marinol? I have Crohn's so I'm not sure how many doctors would prescribe it for me, Rating: 5
