    I've missed you guys!

Mrs. G, glad to see you back online. Bird sends her love. She's had a rough few days trying to recover from a heart catheter-ablation procedure she had week before last. Has been in a lot of pain and not online too much. Hearing that you're back may be just the boost her spirits need.

Congrats on your wedding. Hope y'all will be as happy as we have been.

Holy Crap! Papi had the same thing done February '06. November of 05 he had a heart attack immediately following a lusty romp on the sofa with me. So he had the ablation the following February. Now his metabolism is weird. He's lost about 30 pounds, is always hungry, and it's really hard for him to gain weight. OTOH, his general health is much better.

I hope Birdie keeps a positive attitude. It will make her recovery that much swifter. Remind her of all she has to look forward to.

I am so happy, I just came back to the forums last night after a long stretch of down time and I find out all my fav posting fiends are still here and Greenjeans has returned as well. I had two relatives dealing with terminal illnesses who struggled along after their diseases were discovered in advanced stages, so I spent most of my spare time shuttling between hospitals these past several months. Then after the funerals I just didn't feel like being sociable for a while. Things are better now, getting over the loss and moving forward finally. I'm glad to be back, and pleased to see those who always brightened my day with their scathing comments and witty repartee.

Welcome back GreenLady! I'm sorry for your losses. This was a rough summer for a lot of people. Lots of deaths and illnesses. One of my friends died too. We had a proper Viking funeral for him.
I understand needing to isolate for a while. I do that too.

    Glad you made it through.

Well, tired. But my worst sore place in the left femoral area is slowly starting to get better. That cardiac procedure was a real pain, to be honest. I had spinal surgery in July and it was a cake walk compared to this.

I just got in from school. I'm going to have a snack and take a nap and I'll have recovered enough energy once that's over that I can study for a few hours.
