yeah my area is really hard when it comes to that and it sucks pretty bad. But you know, today im going downtown and theres that thing in montreal on sundays thats called the tam-tams where there a big big crowd of serious hippies who plays them and everybody smokes weed its crazy. We saw a 65 yr old man sellin weed, we were like O_O
