If you withdraw if she's interested then she will initiate contact with you. Nothing turns them off like feeling you desperatly want them, it sets all the alarms. Make them think that they are making the decision. I used to talk to them a bit and then ignore them somewhat and that seems to get them to show interest, way more than chasing them hard.
