I feel your pain bud, 4 year engagement and I was dumped, we lived together and everything 90% of the time, and she broke up with me over AIM, can you believe that? Couldent even break my heart face to face. I still Love her though and always will, still not over it but trying to move forward. Keep your head up and try to find other things to focus on. Dont go to crazy on the smoking either, i noticed when i would smoke constantly all day to try and numb the pain sometimes it would actually be a big downer. A few hits of some good bud did just fine to take the edge off, but I deffenitely agree with the poster a few posts above, find your inner strength. Hang in there bud....

I dont know any of you, but I felt the need to tell someone, anyone. I've never felt so alone, even though I know I have friends and family. But no one will feel the same pain I'm feeling right now.
