just like to point out....

i cant remember a link, but i remmeber it being mentioned in relation to this study, that there was a similar study that showed whiel bongs were less effective in terms of THC transfer, they were actually more effective in reducing resperatory irritation. So even though youre not getting as high, its still easier on your lungs.

plus come on people, start putting personal experience into this, smoke a pipe for a month a cuple times a day, adn youll get a smokers cough, at least i know i will. switch to a bong and that cough will dissapear within the weak. When i smoked bong hits alllll the time, my lungs felt really nice, i never got short of breath or anything. But ive noticed now that ive switched to joints mostly, that i need to exercise much mroe to keep my resperatory system healthy.

but man, when exercise is biking through downtown traffic at rush hour, then the extra exercize is very welcome. especially if you exercise with a joint .
dankus maximus Reviewed by dankus maximus on . Bongs Confirmed Counter-productive by NORML I am pissed. My last purchase was a nice new bong. i don't like bongs much, but i wanted to be healthy and get good, big hits. apparently, bongs are worse for the health than all other moethods except vaping. also, they waste THC because a good bit is lost in the water. this was all pointed out in a thread called "so i just got really bored and stuffed a cig full of weed" by Zad515 link to NORML study: </title> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;"> <style> Rating: 5
