If they received a "child neglect" charge then you can be sure there parenting rights will be investigated. They will have to fight to keep there child now.
But when you really think about it... They shouldn't lose there kid. Since when do we decide how much they love there child?? I'm not defending there action, just thinking that there are more constructive ways for them to learn that what they did was inappropriate and stupid.
Why do we always jump to the worst possible punishment?? I think so we don't have to think of a real solution.
