Nobel Peace Prize for Inconvenient Errors?
U.K. Judge Rules Gore's Climate Film Has 9 Errors
LONDON, Oct. 11 -- A British judge has ruled that Al Gore's Oscar-winning film on global warming, "An Inconvenient Truth," contains "nine errors."
High Court Judge Michael Burton, deciding a lawsuit that questioned the film's suitability for showing in British classrooms, said Wednesday that the movie builds a "powerful" case that global warming is caused by humans and that urgent means are needed to counter it.
But he also said Gore makes nine statements in the film that are not supported by current mainstream scientific consensus. Teachers, Burton concluded, could show the film but must alert students to what the judge called errors.

Does it make you all feel better about the world to complain about Al Gore? I mean, look in the mirror for crying out loud.
We all live in the environment, so we are all responsible for keeping it clean.
If people are shitting in the public pool, and Al Gore comes along and says, "Hey guys, there is shit in the pool. This ain't good," and then makes a movie about the shitting in the pool and does not get all of the facts strait...maybe he even left the biggest turd....I do not care. At least he called attention to it on a massive scale. As long as it gets people noticing that their is shit in the pool, then it is a good thing.
Global warming is real. The earth sometimes gets colder, and sometimes gets hotter. Currently, it is getting warmer. That is the trend. If you do not believe that, I do not know why.
The real argument is whether it is being caused by humans, and you know what? It does not matter. The point is that we live like greedy animals on fossil fuel when we have the money and the resources, and the technology to live on sustainable resources. I do not care if Al Gore is the biggest liar in the world. He brings awareness. The point is this:
You are harming the planet, yourself, and your neighbors if you:- Eat meat.
- Eat dairy.
- use incandescent light bulbs.
- Run gas powered equipment or vehicles.
- Farm inorganically.
- I could make a longer list, but I will save electricity for the moment.
- Are not actively engaged in pushing for a switch from wood pulp paper to hemp paper.
- The list goes on...
If Al Gore takes a private jet, or has a ten million dollars, who cares, that is his cross to carry...if he does not have all of his facts straight, bully for him. Lots of people are millionaires and do nothing at all. He could have just moved to Florida and opened up a night club. But no, he is spreading awareness, and I will allow him a few shortcomings. What are any of you doing for the planet?
