    When To harvest

    She is 19 weeks and I think she is ready to harvest but I am unsure, see pic, any advice would be great.

    She is ready for a bigger pot. That plant is rootbound fo sho. And I'll betcha that given more space and more time, she'll double the weight you see now before harvest.
    I'm guessing 19 weeks from seed, but how many weeks since you switched the lights to 12/12? That's the number to work from.

    running on natural sun light cycle, so 26/09 for 12/12 - but day light is ever decreasing

    I'd say you got 3-4 more weeks till chop.
