I had a friend that had blood work done and they tested for THC, etc. She is a MMJ patient. It had been 5 days since she medicated last and the (blood) test came back negative.... I have found that 30-40 minutes of cardio exercise (and plenty of fluids during the workout) keeps me out of whiz quiz trouble after about 10 days.

Body chemistry plays a big part in it, as well as how often and how much you consume. I use for pain and sleep once a day, probably 5 days a week.
