Adding to what Unknown American has already said:

Farming IS hard, what are you going to do when you get too much or not enough rain one year and most of your crops die? How are you going to keep out of season fruit veg to last all year? I hope you like living off dried/salted food because you wont have enough electricity to be able to freeze them.

Do you have any experience with solar/wind energy? Solar power is not only expensive to start but is very unreliable. Wind is even more unreliable. Unless you have a LOT of solar panels/turbines, you wont be able to keep lights/refrigerators/computers/air conditioning going. And if one breaks it will be a long walk to get spare parts and then find someone who wants to trade them for a goat.

Its a nice idea to live away from everyone and everything but it could take years of practice/training/learning to be able to manage anything more than living in a drafty ramshackle hut freezing in winter and boiling in summer eating whatever you can find.

If you are REALLY serious about this, then spend time learning about wind/solar power, farming, how to preserve food, how to build things, animal care and butchery and husbandry and ofcourse, not going crazy living on your own in the wild somewhere.
