How do you breathe?

Nose, but when toking, I inhale through both.

Nose. Unless it's stopped up from allergies.

If I'm exercising hard, I breathe through both nose and mouth.

Yea, most trainers say in through the nose, out through the mouth, but, I'll have to admit....

Ive always taken air in through my nose even when working out, or relaxing, etc...

Negative intra-pleural pressure "helps" the air to enter your lung. It's just different pressure gradients at any given moment.

depends..... probably about nose 65% and mouth 35% ...

if i take my trazadone i have no choice what soever, it has to be mouth.... if i'm tired/exhausted (As in after running) mouth... most of the other time it's through my nose

Depends on a lot of things. I'd say 60% Nose 40% Mouth. And I can't breathe very well either. :|

I like to breathe through my nose, but the last year or so I have been getting a partially blocked and fully blocked nose. I breathe through my mouth when it is too hard to breathe.
I feel for people who have the same problem as its god damn awful. Sometimes when it is blocked its makes me panic because I cant breathe through it. Also breathing through the mouth gives me cotton mouth.

when im hitting the bench or deadlift, it is both.

if im on a run i always breath in my nose and out my mouth.

i guess sometimes i sleep with my mouth open but i cant remember it
