blunts/joints

Blunts don't really make me feel the peak..i guess because it's so slow burning that you don't get enough weed in enough time to actually achieve the peak, but it seems like the high lasts so much longer..

Smoking the same amount of weed from any method, joints/blunts get me highest..

I've tried bongs, I've tried pipes, I've tried bubblers...I dont' know for some reason i just don't get as high. I figured maybe it was the fact that blunts have a social benefit to them since they're usually shared among people and makes the 'circle' a lot more interactive and entertaining...then again when I roll joints I roll them for myself alone and they still get me the highest..

Whatever! I love joints/blunts in particular because you have your own personal touch of art every time you roll one up and smoke it...it adds a very personal feeling to it and it does bring in a lot of pride as you watch your joints get better and better...straighter and straighter...I used to roll joints that would go out every other hit, and now after so much practice and experience, I'm unlucky if the joint goes out even once...it's just a great learning and growing experience with joints and blunts.

I'm ranting, I'm high, it's acceptable but I have one more thing to add..

I HATE blunts without the outer leaf wrapped around..I used to hate blunts because of that and never even knew it. At school one day, I met up a kid from Jersey city, NJ (it's a pretty 'hood city with a lot of...'urban-looking' kids you know very loose clothing and all that), and right away we clicked because we were talking about how badly we wanted to blaze. We went into an abandoned building through the window and smoked in a dark room. The experience was great because for the first time, I smoked out of a decent blunt that was very enjoyable, and it was an adventure in itself because my school is in Newark, NJ and there are a lot of people around the area...a LOT including cops.

Since then I rolled 2 blunts myself and both came out really really good. One was a 1.2 gram blunt, and the other a 2.7 gram blunt. Both were amazing smokes and all my friends agreed. They now love blunts as much as I do, and I get to roll them These past 2 days have been great because rolling blunts was something i had NEVER done before, but with a few tips from a friend I met up with in Spain (he's from jersey too, though), I was able to roll blunts. Actually they weren't really tips..it's just that the way he rolled joints in spain (hash+tobacco joints), he would roll them with his mouth and tongue moreso than with his fingers. I asked him why and he said it was because he was so used to blunts and had never rolled joints before. It worked either way and by imitating those gestures he did with the joints, I was able to successfully roll very smokable blunts!

As you can tell I'm in a great mood right now. Pride, with a little bit of ganja are to thank for this
