F summer. who needs oppressive sunshine and more traffic and an increased preponderance of kids of all ages at all hours? I find that time-off is more relishable among busier seasons. Cooler weather is dramatic and thoughtful and compels the mind to reconnect with itself. It also grounds the soul and reminds you of your basic animal heritage and vulnerability.

While most people look at wet weather disdainfully and look for a silver lining like "meh, at least the trees are getting water," I look at undiluted sunshine the same way. I think "at least my tomato plants are getting sunshine, I can solar smoke, and people's outdoor and greenhouse cannabis is getting sunlight

yeah i feel you man, i used to like in missouri and i just moved up to mid wisconsin and it so different i can't even fucking believe its getting so dark already, and that in december it will be dark by dinner time. thats unbelieveable
