It's really hard to tell what is causing stunted growth. It is perhaps because you transplanted. Sometimes they can get stressed or shocked when you transplant, to the point of looking like they are hibernating. They usually come around and at some point take off like crazy. It also could be PH or PPM. Plants don't like nutrients for about the first 2 weeks, then slowly and gradually. Does it look fine except for the slow growth?
