fuck me, last nite i was in the house and had just finshed i joint, when my mate phoned me and siad u wanna come round mine for a smoke (he ahd a free house), so i said , ok ill be down in like 30 mins. So i go down to his house in my car and park outside cause he wanted to go get beer first. He comes out and gets in , when i start drivin away the cops flash their lights at me, so i stop. By this point i shiting it cause i had a score of weed on me, and so did my mate. The cops come up to the window and asks me for my lience (which i have left in the house), then he starts looking round my car and looks at my mate and said, you look funny have you been smoking anything (i was just imaging the cop saying let me search the car and you). He then just gave me a ticket to go show i have a lience at the police station.

We now go get beer then go to his house. Then we smoke a couple of joints, then i got major pariod that the cops would be waiting to catch me drivin stoned !!!!!!

Or, they'll get a search warrant and find your car (where you've parked it).. follow your ass and pull you over, first mistake you make. they gotta let you off the hook (no dui charge) if you pass the feild sobriety test though, right? taking a sobriety test (which is standardized for alcohol intoxication) when stoned isn't that hard.. unless you gotta submit to a blood tox screen for weed =\

they need a warrent for that(in canada anyway) if they try to take a sample w/o your permission and try to charge u with it...the evedence would be inadmissiable and ud get off. but they probably wouldnt get a warrent just to see if u were DUI on weed....cause right now...its just a waste of cort time. unless they have coought u lots of times baked in ur car. so the cop was just beeing cool(unless he really didnt kno if u were baked or not) cause he coulda brought him on another chage....not having a licence on him. but he didnt....
