hey man i have black heads ALL over so i know what is up. you know how you usually pop a pimple? well you can try.. to do that with a black head but there are so many it hurts after a while! try some blackhead scrub maybe but I just let them come and go!

After any activity that has involved either dirt/mess and/or sweat should be followed by taking a shower and using soap if you want to be free of black heads. If a shower isn't readily available, wash your face in a sink. If the soap available to you is rough, carry a milder form with you. 8 glasses of water daily, exercise regularly, sleep 8 hours a night, and eating a healthy array of foods will also benefit your complection. Jack in the Box, however, has the largest Large drinks I've come across when it concerns a fast food restaurant and they definitely wash down those Ultimate Cheeseburgers with Onion Rings. No I'm not officially for Jack in the Box, but their food is grubbin'. Takes out munchies in a snap. This diet is for those who are hungry and don't care about black heads for they see crack heads and their wrinkles at the age of 25 and go "Damn, I"m gorgeous."

I dont know how to get rid of but there are pore strips if they are on your face u wet them and pull them off and i think the blackheads get pulled out.I really take care of my face and use a lot of skincare products.Dont wash your face with soap unless it is ph balanced/neutral,Normal soap will clog the pores and cause more blackheads.Mud masks are good for zits or skin probs as they draw the oil out of the skin but as soon as it dries it has done its job n ready to wash off.A good cleanser oil free to clean your face just before bed.Theres something called aluminium oxide its ground up and u add it to face cream or face wash and im pretty sure after using that every few days for a few weeks they should at least improve.

eat more veg and fruit, reduce yourintake of processed food (tricky in the US, I know) and use a good soap, preferably something with tea-tree oil.
That prevents, teh aforementioend strips will remove them

Yes tea tree good thinkin its very antiseptic.I use that for insect bites and stings its good for alot of things.

the best way to have great skin is to drink plenty of water. keeping your body hydrated will keep your skin moist and soft. it will also flush out any toxins.

I am like 18 and I got over my zits, blackheads, etc. by fake baking and sitting in a sauna. Regular sun works great too.

*wash your hands* then using a tissue as well as your hands, squeeze it like it is a pimple. If your lucky that will get rid of it. Works for me.
