its not really that hard to grow, just plan and organize the thing once then give it water and watch it grow. it might not turn out like the other plant pics on this forum but you will learn and get better at it, and eventually learn to control the force if you have questions or need help id say just open up a journal thread take a couple pics and (unlike my thread which people just look at the pics cuz the writing is so long) people will help you:thumbsup:

Im almost done with the new room... its starting to turn out really good but i have encountered some problems.

1) rockwool --> bad bad. not only is the rockwool is so hard it doesnt take in water it smells like fish and piss. i told the store about this and i wanted to give it back and they said oh you must go find the person who is incharge of that material blabla.. ( find the person that peed on it kid, we dont give a f*** )

2) watering will be manual.. ill just use the pump to pump water into the plant watering thing, and the bubler can be there working set on a timer. drainage problems... some water stays in the bottom.. thats why i decided not to use the flood technique for watering.


just those problems i guess.. for the veg stage i have 6 white cfl + 2 orange cfls in the middle, total of - 11,200 lumens. the planter has been covered so that no light reaches the roots and theres space for 8 plants.

i put 8 foam cups and ill pluck some holes into the bottom so the roots can grow out. these cups will be filled with cotton and will hold the seedlings for their first 2 weeks. when the plant grows out the bottom itll be in the actual mixture of the tray which consists of
styrofoam and gel. im still breaking up the styrofoam into bits 1 by 1.. it takes so long, zzzz.

and for flower there will be 10 orange cfls and 2 white, a total of - 18,300 lumens.
i was thinking of a HPS this time, but itll have to wait for next year. ive also taken the pc fan and mounted it in the tent.. the growcab will not be used anymore. veg and flower will be done in the tent.

this said ill get back to breaking up the foam. i had seeds in germ for about 4-5 days and some have sprung up, those will be planted today when the thing is done. ill post pics when its done
