particle guy is right the whole thing of thousands of people using ab machines to slim down their chubby stomachs is ridiculous, gain muscle you don't lose fat.

I know it feels pretty miserable at first Crude but keep it up daily even just for two weeks and you'll definitely begin to feel much better as well as slowly but surely slimming down.

Think of it this way, after you've been exercising a few weeks would you ever look back at it and think man I wish I hadn't done that.
