spin classes are SO tough! i mean it may look easy just sitting there on a bike as your legs go around and around. but my cousin volunteers at a gym and has asked me go once. and that was the only time i went. the next day my but my whole legs killlled. needless to say, i did get a good workout thought. haha.

augh cardio is tough, but i think you are all right, its the best way to go. back to the gym for me.
crudemood Reviewed by crudemood on . workouts i think all them munchies are starting to show.. im growing a little bit of fat on my inner thighs. do any of you workout fanatics have any good inner thigh workouts? and love handle (oblique) workouts? i do jog but i'm trying to target these problems areas. any good websites or good workout techniques would be great! i think alot of us would benefit from it too ;) thanks.
