thanks to both of you guys, i really hope i can do this i got to lose about i want to lose 15 by nov 24th(the day of the wedding). So i got to start NOW!!! I just say i have a month to lose the weight make me workout more than on time a day. I have Yoga monday and wednesnay. I do jazzercise on tuesday and thursday and i am starting to ride the bike for 25 min in between two classes on monday and wednesday which is right before yoga. but i need to do more, i think i am going to do my FIT TO STRIP workout i saw A TON of results with that
naturelovinpuffer Reviewed by naturelovinpuffer on . workouts i think all them munchies are starting to show.. im growing a little bit of fat on my inner thighs. do any of you workout fanatics have any good inner thigh workouts? and love handle (oblique) workouts? i do jog but i'm trying to target these problems areas. any good websites or good workout techniques would be great! i think alot of us would benefit from it too ;) thanks.
