thanks to both of you guys, i really hope i can do this i got to lose about i want to lose 15 by nov 24th(the day of the wedding). So i got to start NOW!!! I just say i have a month to lose the weight make me workout more than on time a day. I have Yoga monday and wednesnay. I do jazzercise on tuesday and thursday and i am starting to ride the bike for 25 min in between two classes on monday and wednesday which is right before yoga. but i need to do more, i think i am going to do my FIT TO STRIP workout i saw A TON of results with that
