friendowl Reviewed by friendowl on . workouts i think all them munchies are starting to show.. im growing a little bit of fat on my inner thighs. do any of you workout fanatics have any good inner thigh workouts? and love handle (oblique) workouts? i do jog but i'm trying to target these problems areas. any good websites or good workout techniques would be great! i think alot of us would benefit from it too ;) thanks.
