Would she really be mad if she found out you smoke mary j? I think people should be honest to their parents about what they are doing, and I'm only guessing, but I doubt she would kick you out if you admitted to it.

With that said, I would gather as much information as you can on studies done with cannabis used for each condition she has, print it all out and share it with her. This might also be a good time to admit your own use because you are using your knowledge to try to help her health. Just be as mature as you can about the situation, and I think she will talk to you like an adult about her use of marijuana, and possibly even yours.
