Slow growth
I only started flower Sep 17 and there are a lot of bud sites on this skunk but it slowed down it's mad growth since then. I only have her under 3-42W warm cfls right now. Sometimes 4-42W warms and some side lights, but it's been so hot I can only run 3 right now. I thought I read something about a 2-week stall sometimes, then spurt again. I've searched but can't find it. This only my second grow but it seems I remember something similar before. Has anyone experienced this?

Slow growth
i think the problem may be in your lighting......it's a trick to keep the heat down and make sure they get enough lumens...
good luck.

Slow growth
I do remember reading on here that growth will eventually slow down once flowering takes place since all the plants resources are geared into bud production and not growth. Growers correct me if I am mistaken..

Well I'd think you have to define growth.....they'll stop growing upward but start putting out pistils....my thought is that they ARE growing but in a different way but you DO notice that they are still doing...SOMETHING. David...are they going slower than your last grow?

I've grown strains that I was warned, 'can' double or triple in size, supposedly, but mine usually only 'spurt' maybe 50%-75% ... after they really start budding, size growth will stop, all the plant's energy will go into flowering ... :smokin: ... P.S. you need all your warm lights going, get more fans

have you ever gerw this strain inside before? i dont know much about it. i grew afgan/ta inside wich grew very slow and tended to stretch. but when i moved them outdoors they took off really great. while my g-13 and pink grapefruit seemed to thive a little better indoors as aposed to out. other than maybe your lighting check your soil,a ph inbalance can lock the nutrients up wich can also slowgroth. if its a soiless mix check the water ph.

Slow growth
im sure if this is appropiate post but it also deals with ultra slow growth.
I got a soil grow going on. Its 3 weeks into it. I am using 3 cfl's 45 watt also. 24 hours a day light.fyi They sit in the 4 hours a day and have plenty of ventilation from a fan. temp stays about 75-80 degrees.
i have some therios of maybe why but you guys tell me wha tyou think.
1. not enough light
2.the soil is too dense, "i didnt add perlite"
3. bad strain
????
thanks
