I don't really think its that great. They make it out like its gonna be the best thing in the world. Its hard to hold the lighter so that the weed vapes and doesn't burn. They are pretty cool for the price though.

I've got 1 I use to use till I broke it.It works best with one of the torch lighters.

I wanted to get something like an ubie because it's portable, but what I've found out is that it's difficult to get it to work outdoors, at least in my experience. I didn't use an ubie though, so maybe it's different. I used a glass cigar tube. My conclusion is I will just smoke joints outdoors, and maybe someday I'll get a nice vaporizer and things will be different.

i had one, waste of money, buy a nice pipe, box of paper or some herb with that money

You can use a pipe in the same way as the Ubie... just hold the flame 1/2" to 1" away from the bowl while inhaling and move it closer until you see the herb turn brown but not catch fire. I used to like the ubie until I realized it "automates" what is done with a pipe easily enough. Plus the ubie is a pain b/c you have to keep refilling it.

Either way (pipe or ubie) you have to do it indoors because you need a consistent heat stream coming off the flame. (you can't have any wind at all blowing it around).

I bought one,,,,,,,,waste of money but it did kinda work with a heatgun,,,,,,,,,,,waste of money!!
