Wanna see my dissapointing early harvest?

Always fighting bud rot around here on my outdoor plants. I wasn't planning on growing anything outdoors this year, but a little too late in the year I wound up with 4 extra runt clones. They were way smaller and had about 1/4 the root mass of the others, but I thought I might as well toss them outside and let em fight it out. Well they didn't do too bad considering I wasn't expecting anything. And holy cow does it ever work nicely, AK-47.... mm where was I?, it really can knock you on your ass if you aren't careful. I left a few more leaves than normal because everything is sugar coated. Yum.

ive got a bud rot problem too, but im spraying it with a fungicide that'll hopefully keep it from spreading. But, i did harvest a few branches early, in case everything fucks up. i cut this today

Hey Opie, good job on utilizing a couple of plants that had little/no chance at life. I bet when your low on bud and have that crop dried, you will be even happier about it

Dont fret at least u harvested some bud. My first harvest ever which was yesterday resulted in alot of stem leaf and hair, and about no bud. Maybee my second grow will result in something i can actually smoke.

Indeed it is. I'm sitting in front of my fireplace after a day out in the cod and damp, and it just seems to make the nice warm feeling about twice as good.

Sorry to hear about your bud rot. I lost about 1 or 2% by harvesting a little early. Nice looking bud you got there. What is it?

Darn tootn! I just so happens I ran out just before this harvest, so I'm pretty darn happy about it right now.

So you didn't get anything you can smoke? What went wrong? Let's nip this in the bud. I don't want any failed crops around here.

Opie. ill give u a quick low down. I had a sativa that i grew for about 3 1/2 months under a 400W HPS. I used Tiger Bloom during flowering, and nothing during veg. b/c the plant was growing wonderfully by itself i didnt use anything. Temps were high the throughout flowering b/c i couldnt figure out proper vent. until it was too late.
after about 2 1/2 months flowering i had almost no actual bud, only alot of hair and leafs and almost no visible resine. I think my prob was most likely due to high temps, possible Ph problem which i didnt learn how to control accurately until almost 1 month in flowering, and possible root lock due to all th eother probs, but i am not sure. What do u think? ill try and get some pics of the drying hair and leaves:wtf:
