I have very interesting experiences when I am high. For about a year period in high school I smoked weed a few times a week. I then stopped smoking altogether and didn't smoke for a few years. Now I am in 3rd year university and have smoked a few times in the last little while. When I smoke my mind goes all over the place. First of all I don't get the relaxing and chilling feeling that most people get. I then start thinking about many different things. While I am thinking about these things I feel uneasy and anxious. I usually start thinking about what the people around me are thinking. Because my mind is going all over the place and I want to see if they are experiencing something similar - usually they look like they are just chilling and having a good time. But I am tense and then I always start thinking about relationships and what people are thinking. Whether it be the relationship with my mother or friends or just the general nature of relationships. I then start thinking about how you rely on everyone elses opinions for so many things in life. Then I start thinking about how so many relationships, even with family, are lived strictly on the surface and consist mainly of small talk. I also am in awe at how everyone views each other. What I believe about one person could be so different than how another person views that same person. I think my friends are something but my friend's girlfriend could think something totally different. I only get these intense thoughts when I am high I don't know what all these thoughts mean...

Are they trying to tell me something that is repressed or is it just the weed doing things that weed do. I am a pretty normal person when I am not high.

Nah that's nothing major man?. It's alright to feel like that, your just a deep thinker and weed brings out the best in you. All them intense thoughts and feelings, just shows how deep you are as a person lol. I don't know man? Does it trouble you that you feel like that?

I'm not sure if it troubles me...
I think it might trouble me a bit when I am high because its almost abnormal behaviour because the people I usually smoke with are heavy smokers (multiple times a day) and they don't even come close to showing signs of what I am thinking/feeling. I just had a thought that maybe when I get these feelings/thoughts when I am high I really try to repress them and can't share them with the people I am around. I can't share them because I would be getting into areas/subjects that these people simply ignore and don't discuss. There are certain things you say to some people and certain things you don't. I don't know man but I might be on to something...

Yeah I know what you mean but they probably aren't on your level so you feel as though you can't relate to them completely. I'm the same too. I get on good with my friends and everything but sometimes there's things I cannot talk about or let loose completely. I think that's the beauty of life, keeps you wanting more. Maybe we'll meet them people who we can share our deepest and most provoking thoughts with.

Bro, what you are going through is completely normal....your just high! and i GARUNTEE that they are thinking the crazy shit too (i know i do) its just they are so used to it, they think nothing of it.

I get the same thing, but thinking about things like social relationships gets boring after a while so I think about other stuff when my mind is in that condition, or concentrate it on something like computer games because thinking becomes to much.
I find it difficult to explain and talk generally when stoned like that, something gets screwed between my brain and my mouth.
I think it's sativa's that get me like that, try some indica that should be less head fucking.

Yep, thats what its called.
I still get it sometimes, last night I smoked my friend up who doesnt usually smoke and we went for a stroll in walmart, and he kept telling me everyone was looking at his shoes, LOL. He has like an old pair of work shoes on or something, it was really freakin him out.
