Wattage For Side Lighting

Okay i've just ordered my 600 watt hid system
from htgsupply, (well last week) and this week
i'll be ordering two 6" vortex fans.

I have more things to buy but,
as for side lighting which
would enhance my grow,
i am growing 4 plants maximum in
a 70 cubic feet space.

I want to go with CFLs
for the side lighting,
what wattage is excellent
for side lighting.

I'm getting 8 of them and setting 2
on each side of each plant with
my hid system above.

i was thinking a similar thing i have started a thread in closet growing keep an eye on both threads i was thinking 50w per tube, my dims are 2'x4'x6+2' with 4 on each 2' side and 6 on each 4' side thats a total of 1400w for me (400w hps) which is around 175w per square foot i personally think thats a hell of alot of over kill though

I'm thinking 55 watt cfls 2 for each plant.
