The Glass Graveyard (pieces of yesteryear)

I would like to dedicate this thread to every bong that went mia. To ever bowl that got dropped and every bubbler that got confiscated.
Its always fucked up to loose a piece nd most of the time we never get to say goodbye. So take this time to remember your old pieces that did such a good job at getting you high before they met an oh so tragic end.

I once had such a kickass little blue bowl named Posideon, it had a spiral going down the stem and it was changing colors to red and yellow. Well one day i was comming home really high so i decided to stash it in the bushes next to my window because it reeked like crazy and didnt want the rents to smell. Long story short i passed out and somehow my mom found it. It was so fucked up.

anyway, share you stories about you lost ur old pieces

My first bong was a really sweet midnight blue color with silver swirls from the base all the way up to the neck. It along with three of my friends' broken bowls are interred in a knee-deep burial vault (read: hole with really big ceramic flowerpot) behind the garage. We now keep all our valuables in a padded metal case so hopefully I'll never have to bury another piece again.

I've yet to lose/break a piece, this can be attributed to the fact that I just bought my first one a week ago. I have witnessed the breaking/losing of some awesome pieces.

Leonidas- My buddy had his unnamed yellow bowl on his desk, and shifted his keyboard on accident. This caused the bowl to fall, hit a subwoofer under the desk, then fall down the heating grate in his wall. We sat there for like a minute then somebody just went "WHAT THE FUCK!?" We tied a camera phone and a maglite together and dropped them down to see if the bowl was still in one piece. It is, but the only way to save it would be to cut a hole in the vent...which we plan on doing. We named it Leonidas after it survived the 15ft fall.

Another friend of mine was smoking out his bedroom window with his brother. They would pass the bowl between their bedroom windows. One of them dropped it, breaking it into thousands of pieces.

I think my first bowl is still in my car somewhere. I can smell it on really hot days if I leave the windows rolled up. My car was searched recently too... they didn't find the bowl OR the 2 joints that were under a couple hair clips in the ashtray. I miss that bowl, it's freaking indestructible.

R.I.P. Fat Daddy Tilt - my first pipe I ever owned. Broken by drunk friend (dropped it) in late July. Will be remembered as a piece that should've been passed down to a rookie stoner like it was to me so long ago. It is still the deepest bowl I have ever seen on a glass pipe.

After reading this, I've been inspired to buy a wooden bowl.
