i posted an article from NH a while ago about license plate reading cameras that could check to see if you had paid all your taxes. i've read mainstream articles from england too where this is going on
This is going on quite alot by me, i've seen it several times. The police call it A.N.R.P - automatic number plate recognision. the police hav a moblie camera unit thing they flash u with, if you got outstanding fines, no tax etc they pull you down the road.
