Should I buy this?

Alright, I've relatively new to smoking (started in summer) but recently started to smoke more heavily like almost 4-5 days per week. Well, moments ago, I got a call from a good buddy of mine who says he can get me a good deal. Well, despite my recent upage in smoking, I'm still not really sure what a good deal is. So I need you guys' help. I live in New Jersey and it's Sour Ds that I'm looking at. He's offerring me $90 for a quarter. I've been told by some that an ounce should go for $150 so a quarter for $90 is a rip off in that case. On the other hand, I have people telling me that an ounce should go for $400 so a quarter for $90 seemed nice. Anyways, I said yes because the dealer I usually get from gives me Sour Ds or Piff for an eighth-$50 and Sour Ds get me ripped. I need your opinions if you know prices in NJ well.

I know nothing of NJ prices, but if your paying 50 for an eighth the 90 for a quarter sounds about right. That's pricey obviously, but SD is a killer strain from everything I've heard. Your money, your call.

I've never smoked Sour D's so, I don't know if its bombass or not, but the most I've ever paid for a quarter was $70 and that was some dank bud.
