Any psychedelic will be modified by other drugs you do while high. If you do speed, it's like pushing the ends of the trip's "curve" together...a spikier trip that doesn't last as long. Using downers tend to stretch it out, diminish the effect...if you do enough, you can terminate the trip. Since pot is both a psychedelic and a downer, the effects on acid tend to be a mellowing out...the psychedelic effect is a drop in the bucket. Although it sometimes help get off when you are taking weak acid or psilocybin or whatever. Thing is, mushrooms are a pretty mellow trip anyway...I have actually slept on them, as have others I know. So what you might experience is just making the high subtler and harder to identify...mellow it down towards not being as noticable or fun. One way to find out......

Smoking weed on shrooms i have done shrooms 3 times, and i have never had weed to smoke while i was tripping. some of my friends tell me that weed ruins the mushroom tripp, and other friends tell me it makes it much better. i will be tripping soon, and i was just wondering if you guys recomend the combination of mushies and weed. i heard it makes you see more visuals. peace Rating: 5

i did shrooms last night, a box of mexican, and half a box of colombian.
They tasted DISGUSTING, and as a mushroom hater anyways it took a while to get them down.
in 4 hours I ate a box and a half,
in 2 hours from eating the first one, i just started laughing at everything.
then we had 2 spliffs, from that i started eating the colombian as i only had very very subtle mild hallucinations.
after that i stayed up for another hour, then went to my room which was pitch black and starting getting weird visuals and lights and my mind was racing from one thing to the next.
today i feel a lil weird, not 100% myself, hard to concentrate and things like that.
but all in all, i enjoyed the trip and the spliffs.
