I can never seem to find higher grade weed

Make some friends. Pothead friends. Lots of them. When I first started smoking, I couldn't even find mids anywhere, all of it was cheap mexi-brick in my city. Then, as I got older and wiser, I could get my hands on headies. Then shit with names. Ask around, man. Pittsburgh does have some fire, I've been there. Just make friends, and also make sure they respect you enough to really get you the top-notch shit. If all else fails, you could try and grow your own, and homegrown is the BEST kind. Without question, it is. If you have the right equipment and knowledge, you could grow the best shit in that state, perhaps.

I'm in the bible belt also(Mississippi Pinebelt)....with the way the sheriff in Jones County is busting everybody there, I am almost afraid to talk to anybody about weed or even go into the local head shop.

I would love to have a local connection....as it is, the only one I can really trust is my Brother...when I go visit him in Cali. FWIW, I live in a *dry* county, and the city I live in only has 2200 people in it.....and its the county seat!!!
