140mph on my car and 135 on my motorcycle. I was sober both times.

German Autobahn + Porsche + Cocaine = 180 mph LOL
Nurbergring + Tricked Up Fireblade = !65 mph

On the open road the fastest with a bike was round 150 on a Dutch motorway between Leiden and Schipol Airport (Amsterdam) and the same there abouts on the Belgian motorway that goes past Antwerp on the way to Oostend.

Porsche Carrera turbo with my husband driving out in the hilly countryside of northeastern Oklahoma, almost to the Arkansas border. He got that thing up to 170 mph. He was going to tell anyone who stopped us that he had a medical emergency to get to, but no one stopped him. He once got a Lotus Europa to a higher speed than that on some sort of car track in Amarillo, Texas, but that was a place designed for cars and speed. I stood on the sidelines for that demonstration, thankfully.

Frankly, it was I who came close to being the medical emergency at those speeds in the Carrera. Former paramedics never do well at speeds like that. We've seen what can happen as a result. I was very glad when he slowed back down.

If you have the money for a Porsche then usualy you have the money to get it derestricted and also souped up if you wish...:thumbsup:... I know I did

BTW most restrictions are done through the engine management system so it's a simple case of replacing a few electronic bits and pieces. different exhaust, bit of tuning and thats just for starters. lol
