I've read some interesting things on actually dying in your sleep. Most people have the typical falling off a high plane then wake up right before you hit. If you actually do hit the bottom and die, I've read from a few sources that it sometimes can trigger a real heart attack because your brain can't comprehend the reality of you dying. Don't know if it's true or not, but I found it interesting.

As for an interpretation of your dream, only you can really be the judge of what means what. Sure there are broad meanings for certain things that guys like Freud came up with, but that's really only a guide.

I took a psych class once in which we were required to keep a "dream log" for two weeks. We had to write down every morning the dream we had the previous night, and to remember as much we can. If you do it right when you wake up, that's obviously the best chance to remember. I must say it was really interesting to go back and read dreams I'd otherwise would have forgotten completely. ~
