it has a high pitched female singer, its techno-y, has a trumpet...and i'm pretty sure it is kinda latin sounding, and i think it may've been popular from 1996-2002....

yeah, i can usually find any random song w/not much to go on, but this one eludes me for some reason.

i can hear it in my head...but can't find it...tried for 3 hrs ><
